I. Introduction to the Sleep Learning System

Hello, and welcome to your Sleep Learning System script. You’re reading this today because you’re interested in how sleep learning and guided meditation can work for your metabolism.

The following program is in a script format that can be used in several ways. You may use it as a resource or reference. This is also a helpful tool for if you’re interested in recording a hypnosis session for personal use only. You can tailor the script as you go based on what works for you personally.

Sleep learning takes place when your mind is at rest and the subconscious is open to positive suggestions. It’s an easy way of both learning and breaking bad habits while you sleep through the night.

I hope you enjoy your script, and may you have pleasant dreams.

II.Sleep Induction

Now that you are in a comfortable position, Let yourself just relax, again one more time.

Let yourself begin the process of letting go, and once you choose to let go, you can relax so much deeper.

This is the start of the process of clearing your mind and body of any tension or clutter it may have accumulated over the day…

And as you go deeper you find that all of those things start to dull or fade away…

Now take a deep breath in and let it out….

Now an even deeper breath in and let it out,

and on the next deep breath when you let it out you can sigh or make an audible sound…that’s okay…

Good, now keep breathing deep, and just concentrate on your breath… And if you have not closed your eyes, you can now do so…

And as you close them you notice it feels so good to take any tension from your eyes,because when you close your eyes, you relax those muscles in and around the eyes…

So naturally, it feels good just to keep them closed… it’s just too much work

to keep them open…

You can’t be bothered…

Breathe in and out…

Letting your eyes get so heavy that it would make no sense to open them right now…

And knowing throughout this process you are always safe and secure, right in your bed, and you can always open your eyes…

And if you choose you will be wide awake, but for now keep relaxing down and your breathing gets deeper,

let any tension go in your head and forehead area…your face and jaw…

And it does feel good to let go, because the deeper you go the better you feel and the better you feel the deeper you go…

Now letting any tension go in the shoulders, moving them down and away from you ears… letting your arms sink into the bed…

Relaxing the lower back and buttocks….

Just let go of your stomach, hips, and buttocks…

tension that you have been holding onto… Thighs and lower legs, letting go …

Down to your feet, wiggle your toes and rest down deeper and deeper…

Take a moment if you will and scan your body for any more tension….

And if there is a spot you are holding onto, let it go, even if it’s just for a second….

This is progress, not perfection…

Now let’s relax the mind, because we do not even need to speak to the conscious mind…

All the change happens on a subconscious level, so let any thoughts you have take you deeper into relaxation,

let any sounds take you deeper and let the sound of my voice take you deeper and deeper… Because it feels so good to release the mind and go on this journey of peace and relaxation…

Now I’m going to count from 10 to 1, and with each number, I want you to relax down deeper, double your relaxation with each number…

Could be a place you have known from the past, or one that you imagine in your mind… This pace is so very comfortable to you… Look around at the room, it’s your favorite color…

There are pictures on the wall that are comforting, maybe they are of friends and loved ones….

You notice the temperature in this room is perfect…

There is a big fluffy chair, and you flop down into it….

It envelops your body with perfection, feeling so good….

Take time to explore this room, put everything in it that brings you comfort and peace….

Let any thoughts you have take you deeper, let any sounds you hear take you deeper, let any movement double your relaxation…

In this place you can relax, learn, doze off or sleep…

This is a perfect state for learning…

The conscious mind can only hold seven to nine bits of information at a time, but the subconscious mind can hold unlimited amounts, so you can let go…

Don’t worry if you don’t hear or remember everything, the subconscious mind is now in charge,

taking all of the information that you will need…

Your mind is absorbent like a sponge in this condition… You are able to retain this information and recall it easily… Relaxing…

And when you sleep, you will sleep deeply and wake up so well rested.. Focused and ready to use what you have learned…

Let your mind go, let your body go…this is your time for relaxation, your time for peace and quiet, calm…and it feels so good to relax deeper and deeper, because the deeper you go the better you feel,and the better you feel the deeper you go…any tension left in your muscles releases now, let warmth work its way into your muscles, relaxing them, softening them…your joints are fluid and move easily…and with every breath you take, you feel tension leave your body as soon as you exhale…feel it

now…your breathing is effortless…let your mind quiet…now a wave of relaxation and peace starts at the top of your head, and travels down your neck, to your chest, your arms, your core…feel that deep relaxation travel down your spine to your legs, your feet, all the way down to your toes…enjoy this feeling, be here with it now…

Give in to it…relax your facial muscles, one by one, starting with your forehead…your eyes…your cheeks and jaw…your mouth is relaxed, maybe it even falls open if you want it to…your chest is so relaxed now, you feel open and connected to yourself, aware that your body is relaxation…let it flow through your body now, this comfortable, peaceful feeling flows through your veins, into every cell…until you are now fully relaxed…breathing deeply, evenly…letting thoughts flow in and out as they will, but paying no attention to them…as you enjoy this wonderful state you’re in…

Now in your mind, I want you to repeat after me :

I am fully relaxed…

I am letting go…

I release into relaxation….

My muscles are warm and loose…

I am completely comfortable in this moment…

Peace and calm flow through my body…

I am letting go of my thoughts…

I love and nurture my mind and body…

Now that we’ve relaxed your body and mind, I will be speaking to your subconscious…this is the part of your brain that stores your habits, the part of your brain that houses very important information….so if you want to drift off, that’s okay, you can just let go…letting your mind relax…so very deeply…letting go of any thoughts, clearing your mind…your subconscious will remember every word I say…you can just relax…even fall asleep if you want…deeper and deeper into relaxation…let any thoughts you may have take you deeper…any sounds you may hear just take you deeper and deeper, down down down into relaxation, feeling so good…comfortable…if you have any tension, just take a deep breath in, and let it out…and let that melt away…let it roll off of you, leaving you so deeply relaxed now…just enjoy how good you feel….good…

Your subconscious is remembering everything I say…so that you can access this information any time you want…

And when you’re ready I want you to imagine that you’re in a room…it could be a room that’s familiar to you, or one that you just imagined…it’s a room that you feel comfortable in, that you enjoy being in…you feel happy and relaxed here… Notice what’s around you…the colors of the room…is it painted your favorite color?…is it bright and open and cheery…or maybe warm and comforting…breathe in the room, take a deep breathe and really get in touch with your surroundings…what textures you see and feel…notice how the temperature is just right…not too hot, not too cold, just perfectly comfortable…

Breathing deeply…getting in touch with yourself…with your body…

And now that you have imagined this room and you feel settled and relaxed here, I’d like you to imagine a table in front of you…and now take a seat at this table, your own personal table with a comfortable chair…and then you see that on this table appears a fresh, crisp salad…picked fresh from a garden…so lush and green and inviting…and you notice a fork next to the salad…so you pick it up…and imagine yourself putting the fork in the salad, and taking a bite…

I’d like you to take your time eating the salad…savor how it feels in your mouth…so fresh and crisp…refreshing…revitalizing…it’s a whole new experience to you, something to revile in, to really savor and enjoy…and you can feel your energy level increase as you eat the leafy greens, feeling your body cleansing itself of toxins…with each refreshing bite, you can feel all of the good vitamins flowing through your body…pushing out toxins and negative energy, and replacing it with a healing energy…you feel a new energy rushing through your body…and your body may begin to tingle, that’s okay, you are boosting your energy and metabolism…you are cleansing your body and healing each cell…burning fat…strengthening your body with every breath you take…

Take a moment and think about it…what sort of activities are fun for you? My voice may become faint… Or you might not understand what I’m saying… That’s okay… The subconscious is now doing the work for you… Stilling your mind… Letting go of all the emotions… Reaching for that peaceful void…

I’m going to count from 3-1… And every time I get to 1… You will let yourself go deeper and deeper, if you wish… To a deeper state of relaxation… Letting go of your mind… Going on this wonderful, peaceful journey… It’s like a wonderful, peaceful vacation …
